We are currently looking for the following: 

Benefit Administrator – ICBA Benefits

Our Burnaby head office has an opening for a mid to senior level Benefit Administrator with both professionalism and a high standard of customer service. You will be responding to inquiries and working to resolve problems on a daily basis. In addition, your duties will include providing information regarding the termination of benefits, processing claims, and providing instructions to clients on how to fill out paperwork. As much as 40 per cent of this job is spent on the phone, with the remaining portion of your day being spent completing administrative duties.

• Full time (8 hour, weekday shifts)

Administrative Assistant – ICBA Benefits

Our busy head office in Burnaby has an opening for an entry to mid-level Administrative Assistant in our benefits department. The candidate must possess both professionalism and a high standard of customer service. You will be assisting the department’s Benefit Administrators by providing support on a daily basis.

• Full time (8 hour, weekday shifts)

• Salary based on experience
